Scott Rosberg

Scott received his BA in 1982 from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

Scott is currently the athletic director for Park High School in Livingston, Montana. Previously he was the district-wide athletic director for eight years for Granger School District in Granger, Washington. He has been coaching at the high school level for over 23 years. He has coached both boys and girls in high school basketball as well as football and soccer in Illinois, Montana and Washington. He has been a varsity head basketball coach for 16 years, as assistant basketball coach and assistant soccer coach for 6 years, and assistant football coach for 7 years. He has also worked with grade school, middle school and high school kids at various camps for all 23 years of his coaching career. Scott was awarded the SCAC Athletic Director of the Year in 2008-09.

Scott has written six booklets on coaching and youth/school athletics: A Head Coach’s Guide to Working with Assistants; The Assistant Coach’s Guide to Coaching; Playing Time: A Guide for Coaches, Athletes & Parents; Establishing Your Coaching Philosophy; Team & Program Policies: Elements to Consider; and The Sportsmanship Dilemma: Some Guidelines for Coaches. Coach Rosberg gives presentations at schools and does workshops and coaching clinics on these topics and more.
