Mike Morgan has been in education for over 37 years.  He has spent his career teaching instrumental music for grades 5-12 in the Colfax School District. Mike served as the head football coach in Colfax for 26 years, and has served as the athletic director, vice principal and interim principal during his tenure.  He has spent his entire career working with young people.   

Mike began his career with Proactive Coaching in 2011.  Since that time, he has traveled the United States as a clinician speaking to youth organizations all the way up to the college level. 

Mike started his coaching career while in high school coaching Junior High intramural football.  In the summers, he coached the local swim team to two County Swimming Championships.  In his over 40 years of coaching, he has coached youth to collegiate sports, coaching football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, swimming and track and field.
